Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy All products All GeoFusion products can be evaluated for suitability before purchase. Evaluations are of the full featured product. Evaluation periods vary by product from 14 to 30 days. Extended evaluation periods can be arranged by special request. Cancellations and Refunds Any order can be cancelled before it is purchased. Once it is purchased, any product can be
returned within three days of purchase for a full refund minus a 4% service charge.
If a Limited Time or Permanent License
Key has been issued, then a refund requires a software license removal confirmation
code be provided to GeoFusion, Inc. Exchanges Each product comes with a warranty that typically includes one year of email support and maintenance and patch release upgrades. If customer has discovered a bug in the product, they can report it to GeoFusion and exchange it for the next maintenance or patch release when available. The latest version of purchased product can always be downloaded from the GeoFusion website.
